My Journey & Expertise

I’m Dr. Keya Bayramova, CEO and founder of People Link for Human Resources Consultancies LLC. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a company that stands as a testament to my vision of empowering individuals and transforming the recruitment landscape. My passion for continuous learning and development drives me to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of business, holding a Ph.D. in Management, ILO certification, and various other diplomas to ensure I’m always up to date with global practices.

My journey began in the hospitality industry, working in the sales offices of the Sheraton hotel. From there, I ventured into general trading, expanding my career and knowledge. It was during this transition that I realized a significant gap in talent acquisition and development—an opportunity that I knew I could seize. This led to my deep dive into the recruitment sector, with a specific focus on construction and hospitality.

Accomplishments & Endeavors

Keya is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her
golden heart and charismatic personality, make her an excellent leader, and she is someone people look up to. She has employed thousands of people in her companies over the years, both in the public and private sectors. As a woman in traditionally male driven industries, Keya is dedicated to empowering and employing women as much as possible. She is also interested in construction and real estate investments and has properties in multiple metropolitan cities.

Daughter of renowned Turkmen artist Durdy Bayramov, Keya is also heavily invested and passionate in the preservation and presentation of Central Asian arts and culture, demonstrated by
the creation of the Durdy Bayramov Art Foundation and Bayramov Museum in Toronto, Canada. She is the author of three books on the arts and culture of Turkmenistan, published
through her publishing house in collaboration with Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC and Museum of Fine Arts in Turkmenistan. Keya is an art and artifact collector, constantly growing her collection with plans to build a permanent Central Asian Museum in Dubai.

Philanthropy

Dr Keya’s philanthropic endeavors are truly inspiring. Not only does she
run a successful recruitment company, but she also goes above and
beyond by providing free training to blue-collar workers in their home
countries. Her dedication to helping orphans in Turkmenistan and
supporting artists in Canada through the Bayramov Museum demonstrates
her commitment to making a positive impact globally. Her efforts are
undoubtedly changing lives for the better.
