I’m Dr. Keya Bayramova, CEO and founder of People Link for Human Resources Consultancies LLC. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a company that stands as a testament to my vision of empowering individuals and transforming the recruitment landscape. My passion for continuous learning and development drives me to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of business, holding a Ph.D. in Management, ILO certification, and various other diplomas to ensure I’m always up to date with global practices.

My journey began in the hospitality industry, working in the sales offices of the Sheraton hotel. From there, I ventured into general trading, expanding my career and knowledge. It was during this transition that I realized a significant gap in talent acquisition and development—an opportunity that I knew I could seize. This led to my deep dive into the recruitment sector, with a specific focus on construction and hospitality.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse industries like building maintenance, real estate, and recruitment, sourcing top talent globally. I take great pride in the fact that I’ve helped recruit over 200,000 individuals to the region, making a notable impact on economic growth.

Some of the most exciting projects I’ve been involved in include recruitment for Burj Khalifa, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai Marina, and collaborations with top-tier companies like Arabtec Construction, Al Futtaim Carillion, and many more. I’m currently working with AZIZI Development, Emirates Flight Catering, and several others, continuing to drive growth and success across industries.

As an entrepreneur, I believe in the power of people and the incredible things we can achieve when we work together. My leadership style is one rooted in collaboration, passion, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As a leading Central Asian art collector and the proud recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Award, I strive for excellence and dedication in everything I do. My philanthropic mission is deeply rooted in training and employing thousands, creating opportunities for a brighter, more inclusive future. Over the past 25 years, I’ve passionately advocated for women’s empowerment, education, and employment, leaving a lasting impact across many aspects of life.

I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and my journey has been a testament to the transformative power of compassion and determination. As a woman in industries traditionally dominated by men, I’ve made it my mission to empower and employ women whenever possible, especially in fields like construction and real estate. My leadership extends across various successful businesses in the UAE and beyond.

I’m also deeply connected to the arts, as the daughter of renowned Turkmen artist Durdy Bayramov. Preserving Central Asian arts and culture is a cause close to my heart. Through initiatives like the Durdy Bayramov Art Foundation and the Bayramov Museum, I continue to promote this rich heritage. As an author, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the Smithsonian Institute and the Museum of Fine Arts in Turkmenistan. I’m also working towards establishing a permanent Central Asian Museum in Dubai.

In addition to my professional work, I am a proud mother of three boys, and I understand the importance of supporting families who are transitioning to life in the UAE. Through my Parent Concierge Project Management Services, I help incoming families settle into the UAE smoothly, ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the culture.

My entrepreneurial journey began in Dubai, and since then, my businesses have expanded globally. With a focus on social entrepreneurship, I’ve worked across the Gulf, South Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and the wider Central Asian region. My goal has always been to drive job creation, innovation, and economic opportunities, creating lasting change for individuals and communities worldwide.
