Keya is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her golden heart and charismatic personality, make her an excellent leader, and she is someone people look up to. She has employed thousands of people in her companies over the years, both in the public and private sectors. As a woman in traditionally male driven industries, Keya is dedicated to empowering and employing women as much as possible. She is also interested in construction and real estate investments and has properties in multiple metropolitan cities.
Daughter of renowned Turkmen artist Durdy Bayramov, Keya is also heavily invested and passionate in the preservation and
presentation of Central Asian arts and culture, demonstrated by the creation of the Durdy Bayramov Art Foundation and Bayramov Museum in Toronto, Canada. She is the author of three books on the arts and culture of Turkmenistan, published through her publishing house in collaboration with Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC and Museum of Fine Arts in Turkmenistan. Keya is an art and artifact collector, constantly growing her collection with plans to build a permanent Central Asian Museum in Dubai.
As the mother of three boys, Keya has a vested interest in helping other families who are newcomers to the UAE. The creation of her Parent Concierge business is helping new families become as happily integrated into the culture as she is. She relates this concept to putting the oxygen mask on yourself before your child: a parent who is helped and cared for means the child will also thrive.
Keya embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in Dubai 25 years ago, establishing the city as her base from which she expanded her reach globally. With vision and determination, she cultivated her ventures, spreading her influence across the Gulf region, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and throughout the region. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic investments have not only fueled her own success but have also stimulated job creation, innovation, and economic opportunities for countless individuals and communities worldwide
